Allows you to define an ASTRO 25 Custom Home WACN ID allowing for the retrieval of updated Unified Call List (UCL) and Hot List content that is using the same Custom Home WACN ID. The Custom System ID is also considered when matching Call IDs to update content. These Custom IDs may or may not already exist in the current codeplug.
